private pay q&a
Some benefits of being private pay include having longer treatment sessions and appointments that are one-on-one with your therapist, giving them time to utilize a holistic approach to look at stress, environment, sleep, hydration, etc. to acknowledge the multiple factors that can impact systems.
By not going through insurance, you do not have to worry about:
- Being limited in the number of visits.
- Being cut off from therapy even if you haven’t achieved your goals yet.
- Being told that you can only spend your treatment on one area during your current plan of care.
- Being unclear about how much you will have to pay or how much insurance will cover. No confusion over deductibles, copays, coinsurance, etc. Just straightforward information! 😊
