Evexia

Rooted in Wellness

Personalized, one-on-one physical therapy care focused on your well-being — not the limitations of insurance.

Welcome to Evexia Physical Therapy & Wellness

At Evexia, we believe physical therapy should feel personal, thoughtful, and centered around the whole person. Unlike high-volume clinics, Evexia is built around one-on-one treatment, longer appointments, and individualized plans that look beyond symptoms alone. We take time to understand your story, your goals, your medical history, and the many factors that may be affecting how you feel every day.

Your body does not exist in a vacuum, and neither should your treatment plan. At Evexia, we look at more than just the site of pain. We consider stress, sleep, hydration, movement patterns, lifestyle, and the hobbies and daily tasks that matter most to you. That whole-person approach helps us find the root cause and build a plan that supports lasting results.
You deserve time, attention, and care that never feels rushed. Every session is centered on you, with direct support from your physical therapist and a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.
Private pay gives you more flexibility, more clarity, and more control over your care. No insurance is required, and Evexia accepts cash, card, and HSA/FSA accounts. Patients may also choose to submit bills to their insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Dr.Palen did an amazing job working with my daughter to help her recover quickly from an ankle injury. She was patient, kind, and made it an overall great experience. I highly recommend Evexia Physical Therapy.

Dave M.
I didn't know if Dr. Palen was going to be able to help me as the pain in my arm was so incredibly bad. During my first meeting with her she had figured out what was wrong, got to work, and gave me some exercises to help with the issue. Now after a few visits the pain is nearly gone. She is a godsend. I don't know what I would have done had I not met her.

  • In the evaluation we will spend most of our time getting an understanding of your symptoms. This includes getting a good picture of how/when things started, what your symptoms feel like, and what impacts them. We will then measure your joint range of motion and the strength of different muscles as well as observing movement patterns to monitor for compensations with your daily tasks. We will start some beginning exercises to determine what will suit you best.
  • Build on your strength, endurance, and mobility to improve your symptoms and ability to participate in the activities that are important to you. A consistent progression each visit within a comfortable range for you.
  • Building on your improvements to decrease the chance of your pain returning. Being proactive in continuing to progress what you have accomplished and solidifying your understanding of how to stay healthy after discharging from therapy.
